Job Title: WORKERS REPRESENTATIVE

Reporting To: HSE Committee Lead

Responsibility and Authority:

Workers Representative is responsible to collect the requirements and suggestions
from employees regarding management system not limited to identifying risks, hazards,
incident investigation and the development and review of QHSE policies and
objectives.
Duties:
Workers Representative main duties are summarized as below:

 Shall discuss and collect the requirements and suggestions from employees
regarding management system not limited to identifying risks, hazards, incident
investigation and the development and review of QHSE policies and objectives.

 Shall report the collected information from workers to the HSE Committee lead /
HSE Manager.

 Shall attend the HSE Committee meeting with the top management to discuss
results of implemented responses and pending actions, if any.

 Shall communicate to the employees with the results of discussion from top
management.

IMS Roles:
1. Notification of HSE observations / Near miss / Incident investigation reports.
2. Responsible for timely delivery of the service to achieve company objective

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills

Minimum Education: NIL
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Skill:

 Timely execution of assignments

 Self-initiative with "Can do" Attitude
