JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: WORKMEN

Reporting To: Supervisor

Responsibility and Authority:

Workmen is responsible to work in the assigned job complying with HSE regulations,
company policies and legal regulations.
Duties:
Workmen main duties are summarized as below:

 Plan and perform their work in accordance with the requirements of company’s
policies and procedures as laid down in this plan and client regulations.

 Comply with the safety instructions provided by the company.

 Perform their work in a manner that WILL NOT:

 Put their personal as well as other employee’s health and safety to risk

 Harm the environment.

 Promptly report incidents, hazardous situations that they see to their work supervisor
or HSE officer.

 Propose changes, opportunities for improved performance, loss reduction or

increased efficiency identified.

 Workmen / Other Employees / Including Subcontractors shall be accountable for

their actions in the work area.

IMS Roles:
1. Notification of HSE observations / Near miss / Incident investigation reports.
2. Responsible for timely delivery of the service to achieve company objective

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills

Minimum Education: Any degree.
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Skill:

 Timely execution of assignments

 Self-initiative with "Can do" Attitude
