    Program Description: Home Visitation and Community Mapping
    Objective/s:  To conduct Home Visitation and Community Mapping
    Brief Narrative Report:  Because of the Semestral Break, teachers were given the time
    to conduct Home Visitation and Community Mapping.
     We conducted Home Visitation to address and assess the
    learner’s needs. During my home visitation, my focus is to
    asked the reason why the learner is fond of making absences
    Challenges  Some pupils did not attend the said activity for they are eating
    the food they brought.
    Encountered:  Some didn’t mind what to bring (walang paki alam). They
    only watching their classmates joining the parade.
    Suggestion/s:  Let’s continue the activity to encourage pupils’ to intake the
    right kind of food that well developed good condition and
    sharpened their thinking ability.
