II. Session Outline


Session Title: Gratitude
At the end of the lesson the students will be able to:
 Create experiences that cultivate an awareness of abundance.
Session Objective:  Experience and appreciate simple pleasures.
 Understand how others contribute to a sense of happiness and well-being.
 Express gratitude.
Key Concept Gratitude should be a part of our daily lives, and we should express it frequently.
III. Teaching Strategies

Picture Analysis (What will you say?)

The teacher will let the learners see a picture then will ask random students
their response.
Introduction and
10 mins. Learners Response:
Warm Up
The learners will actively participate, learners’ answers may also vary.

Process question:
1. What is the activity all about?
Video Watching and Reenactment

The teacher will show a video in titled “Ang taong di marunong


magpasalamat”, then after which the learners will reenact the situation to be
grateful.

Concept Exploration 20 mins. Procedure:


1. The learners will watch a video.
2. The teacher will group the learners into 3 groups.
3. 5 mins will be given to the learner to create and practice their role
playing. (Encourage learners to be creative)
4. 3 mins will be given to each group to showcase their presentation.

Valuing 15 mins. Think – Pair - Share

The teacher will let the learners watch a video then will ask questions.

Note: Learners will post their answers on the board.


EXPLOSIVE WORKS

Group Intellectual: May create a poem, essay, or reflection about gratitude.


Journal Writing 15 mins.
Group Visual-Spatial: Will draw their learnings on their journal related to
gratitude.
