At the end of the lesson, the learners should be able to:

C. C. creates a daily plan on how they spend their free time for active recreation.

Different kinds of active recreation will be shown in the class, and they will name
each picture.

B. Motivation:
Activity: “Ibigay mo”

The teacher will ask the students what kind of recreational activity they do during their
free time. The students will give at least two active recreations.
C. Development of the Lesson
Activity: “I-Uri mo ako”
The different types of active recreation that come from the students will be categorized
int0 four: Physical, Social, Cultural and Intellectual. The discussion will start after they
categorize it.
2. Analysis
Activity: Sagot o Lagot
After the discussion, the student now wil be able to answer the following questions
1. What is active recreation?
2. What are the benefits that we can get in engaging to recreational activity?
3. Is active recreation important?
3. Abstraction
Activity: “Lazy or not?’
Different kinds of active and inactive recreation will be posted on the board. The students will
put the active recreation into Not and the Inactive recreation is in the Lazy.
