• Through the facilitator he will explain the student’s activity for this

page 15 by making a list of household chores or sports that they can
do at home to improve their physical fitness. Explain briefly as to how
could those activities contribute to attain fitness.
c. Engagement • The learner will engage in making Learning Task 4: Based on the
result of their physical fitness test. They will create a physical activity plan
that will help to improve their health-related fitness. Learners will use the
table below as the format.

contractions of static and dynamic exercises. Answer the processing
