• Through the facilitator the learners answer Learning Task 1: Identify


a. Introduction the physical fitness test that is being showed in the
following pictures on page 6-7. It is followed by answering the guide
questions no. 1 -4 on page 7

b. Development
• On the D-Phase of the module, the facilitator asks the learners to Read,
study and understand the Physical Fitness Assessment (health and skill
related fitness page. 8
c. Engagement • The learner will engage himself/herself answering Learning task 2
(student will answer the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire to assess
if they are capable in performing the suggested physical fitness tests)

d. Assimilation • The learners perform learning task 3, see the sample and procedures
on pages 10-15 and answer the learning task 3 on page 16.
(Students will Take a picture or video of the actual performance and send
via messenger)

After all the activities were checked, enhancement


activities will be provided if there are least learned activities.
V. REFLECTION Five item Test could also be given or additional activities can be provided
every Monday.
