2. Motivation

The teacher will show basic stretching to the students.

 Show criteria that must be observed during their performance.

 The students will share about what they have learned performing
the activity.

 The teacher will ask questions related to the topic

In a ¼ sheet of paper give the importance of doing Various Axial Movement.
