At the end of the lesson, the learners should be able to:
A.   discuss the nature and background of indoor and outdoor activities,
B. appreciate both activities by engaging into the discussion, 
C. creates a basic step of Zumba.

A. Motivation "HANAPIN MO KO" 


Direction:  Find the different activities that are present in the puzzle. 

B. Development of the lesson


 Where do you think these activities are held?
 Can you give another example of indoor and outdoor active recreation?
 Active recreation is classified into two: outdoor and indoor. 

Activity: "Venn me? Diagram"

The students will classify the different activities they found in the word search if this is outdoor,
indoor or both. 

 Discuss the difference between outdoor and indoor active recreation.

The teacher will teach the students a 1:00 minute step. The steps will focus on Zumba.

choose this activity what are the benefits you can get from doing this activity.
