I. Application
1. Research a proper tutorial video on how to perform methods of fish
cutting.
2. Bring and prepare all tools and materials needed to perform fish cutting.
(fish, sharp knife, cutting board, gloves, apron, hairnet, facemask)
3. Make one market form and cut of fish properly. Choose from steaks,
dressed, fillet, and sticks.
4. Record your activity using video camera and turn in your video in the google
classroom. (If you can’t do it in video recording, you can take pictures of your
activity and prepare a narrative documentation).

Assessment:
The work of the students will be evaluated by your teacher using the given
criteria. The students must have at least attained 75 percent to pass the lesson.
1. Accuracy 60%
2. Presentation 20%
3. Neatness 10 %
