Subject: Immediate instructions in concern with Covid-19 pandemic.

This is to inform all staff members that we will be taking some precautions to perform day
to day activities from now onwards due to COVID – 19 (coronavirus) pandemic. These
precautions will take care of both customers and employees while interacting with each
other. These are as follows:

 Washing hands frequently.

 Maintaining social distancing at least 2 meters.
 Stay home when you feel sick.
 Frequently disinfecting the workplace with provided equipment.
 Wearing masks and gloves are necessary for everyone.
 Asking customers to sanitize his/her hands before entering inside.

The management is looking for good cooperation from the employees. Moreover,
customers with some important concerns will be allowed inside the office and other
customer with normal query can contact technical staff.
