1. According to Melissa Kelly, the good writer spends most of the time on pre-writing stage
rather than on writing and revising. As pre-writing it is the “generating ideas” part of writing
process. It decides the subject and the position or perspective for a target audience.
Moreover, pre-writing needs more time as it makes an arrangement and helps to sort out
material for the final product. However, revising this information can help writer to present
his ideas in most appropriate way (Kelly, 2019).

2. Some communication channels used by an organization are Intranet/Social Intranet,

chatrooms, group messaging, discussion forums, internal blogs, video and audio as well as
emails. Now a days, some organizations are encouraging digital workplace by using
collaboration tool which involves gatherings from a distance digitally. Moreover, pros of
using email can be seen with improved internal communication of organization as it is so
easy to call urgent meetings with just a notification. On the other hand, the biggest problem
of using email is that if message is sent with an inaccurate information, it is very difficult to
correct that error (Acevedo, 2017).

3. I have chosen ThoughtCo. Website to answer the above questions. The reason behind using
this website is accuracy and relevant information provided by the best authors. Moreover, it
shows the most recently updated information. In addition, it gives you the best answer on
first search.
