FITT-1 MOVEMENT ENHANCEMENT

PHYSICAL EDUCATION – PHYSICAL FITNESS

Physical education curriculum is, is designed to allow school pupils a full range of modern opportunities,
dozens of sports and hundreds of carefully reviewed drills and exercises. Physical education curriculum is
designed to allow students to aquatics, conditioning activities, gymnastics, individual/dual sports, team
sports, rhythms, and dance. Students are encourage to continue to explore those activities in which they
have a primary interest by effectively managing their community resources.

Article XIV: Section 19
Legal Basis for Physical Education

Section 19. (1) The state shall promote physical education and encourage sports programs, league
competitions, and amateur sports, including training for international competitions, to foster self-discipline,
teamwork, and excellence for the development of a healthy and alert citizenry.

(2) All educational institutions shall undertake regular sports activities throughout the country in cooperation
with athletic clubs and other sectors.
