In this situation, my choice would be to save the lives of the five people
instead of just one. In my 18 years of existence, the choices that I have
made have been based on my morals and beliefs. Moreover, my only intention in this situation is to do good. Hence, I believe in the common good, which means that it is good if it benefits the greatest number of stakeholders. Therefore, my decision is to save the lives of the five people on the track instead of the other. However, if given the chance to save all of them, I would take that opportunity.
