Drink a cup of hot water with lemon first thing in the morning

9. Listen to an uplifting podcast from your favorite spiritual teacher

11. Change into something more comfortable, or if you hang out in sweats all the time, put on
something that makes you feel sexy
12. Cuddle with a pet or a person for 10 minutes to get some oxytocin going
13. Take your car through the carwash
14. Drink cool water with lemon throughout the day
15. Eat a piece of fruit slowly paying close attention to how it tastes
16. Schedule a tea, coffee or lunch date with a girlfriend
17. Take 5 slow, deeps breaths

be as simple as a single shelf in your book case or as big as a spare bedroom.
