based on what you have discovered in
reading.

I will read the story with the students. The students will read the story.

Direction: Read the story.

Bryan was a shy boy who didn't find it easy


to make friend. He could not run as fast as
the other boys because his legs was limp.
Also, Bryan was nearsighted and could not
see very far. So, the other boys made fun of
him made fun of him.

One day, the boys decided to swim and fish


in the river. Even though they don't want
Bryan to tag along, he managed to stand tall
behind. Since, he didn't know how to swim,
Bryan walk along the edge of the river until
he reached forested area. There he rested
and fell asleep. He had a long dream. To his
surprise, he found himself in a strange
bright place. It was as if light embraced him
and he felt energized by it. Suddenly, the
light was gone.

5. Marissa walked down the corridor on her way to the cafeteria. Then she saw a boy
