How to access PY Moodle?

Step 1: Please visit https://profyear.atmc.edu.au/student-hub/

Step 2: Click on LMS

You will be able to see a page like below

You can now access:

1. Students’ Portal. This includes overview of the program, ATMC PY policy documents, and other general useful
information.

2. ATMC PY Orientation. This includes Orientation presentation slides, Tutorial and Downloads, PY Policy and PY
Student Handbook. Within the slide show there are quizzes to complete and a declaration to sign at the end
of the module. Information on how to access the module are provided in the ATMC PY Welcome email sent to
you by our Student Support team.
IMPORTANT: PY online orientation module must be completed prior to the commencement of your first
class.

3. ATMC PY Program. This includes all the 8 Study Periods and the respective learning content and assessments
you must successfully complete during your 32 weeks of the coursework component

How to access ATMC webmail?
Step 1: Please visit https://profyear.atmc.edu.au/student-hub/

Step 2: Click on Student Email

Put Your Details as below

If your ID is for Example: ATMC123456

Your details would be

Password: Atmc@DDMMYYYY (your date of birth in the displayed format)

After logging in, if you wish to change your password, please use the following link:

How to access MS Teams group chat?
Step 1: Please visit https://teams.microsoft.com/

Put the same details as above. Make sure you have activated your email first to log into MS teams

Step 2: Click on “Teams”

You will be able to see your Class group like this. For Example:

 Step 4: Click on the “join” button on the top Right Corner of your MS Teams

Step 5: Add the meeting to your “MS Teams Calendar”

Please note that you can only join MS Teams class group after receiving your Course Plan or the group will not be
visible to you.
