AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

That I, RAYMOND B. YUZON, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with business
address at G/F Oceanaire Residences, Sunrise Drive CBP-1A, Pasay City, Philippines,
after having duly sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the Authorized Representative of ONIM INC., owner of the

PROPOSED RENOVATION OF KTV, located at the above address;

2. That due to the Resigned Electrical Engineer under ONIM INC., the
undersigned had to change the Electrical Engineer;

a. Electrical Engineer: EDGARDO H. LIGAS

3. That liability for all installed equipment and devices would be shouldered by
the new Electrical Engineer; and that all Electrical installation are safe and
sound.

4. That the execution of this affidavit is to attest to the truth if the above facts
and circumstances and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
