A RESOLUTION REPROGRAMMING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTY THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR AND EIGHTY CENTAVOS (PHP 80,854.80) FROM THE
UNUTILIZED CONTINUING SK FUND OF BARANGAY SALVACION FROM THE
TRAININGS AND SEMINAR FFES FOR THE USE OF ONLINE COMPETITION PRIZES
AMOUNTING TO SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND AND THREE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PHP
64,300.00).

WHEREAS, the session of Sangguniang Kabataan council was held last July 25, 2021 and
decided to reprogram the unutilized continuing SK Fund from 2021;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan council received guidelines that the SK can utilize the
10% of SK fund if there is available fund that can be used for the prizes of online competitions;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan council reprogrammed the amount of eighty thousand
eight hundred fifty-four and eighty centavos (Php 80,854.80) from the unutilized continuing SK fund for
the use of online competition prizes amounting to sixty-four thousand and three hundred pesos only
(Php 64,300.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Kabataan member Christian Phillip Bacuñata
duly seconded by Rogie Espina and all present, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to utilize the amount sixty-four thousand and
three hundred pesos only (Php 64,300.00) for the prizes of online competitions;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang
Kabataan Council of Barangay Salvacion, Palo, Leyte, The Municipal Accountant, the MLGOO, the
Municipal Budget Officer, and all other concerned for their information and appropriate action.
