    Stability - Vertically Stable 12° Tilt from Horizontal
    Noise Level < 100db (decibels)

    NOTE
    Prohibited Compositions - Chlorates with sulphur, sulphides, phosporous, acids, metal powders, ammonium salts
    - Mixtures with arsenic, lead, white phosporous, mercury compounds
    - Mixtures with picric acid or salts of picric acid

    Permitted Compositions - Any that meet above criteria (i.e., do not contain the above prohibited compositions)

    * Weights - Unless specified refer to net pyrotechnic composition


    - Total weight refers to the Gross Weight of the Article (i.e., pyrotechnics plus the construction material)
