An employee is described as satisfied when they are happy or content with their job and working conditions. Money is not always a satisfier for employees because satisfaction depends more on engagement, performance, and key workplace factors beyond just compensation. Effective organizational leadership is needed to set strategic goals, organize employees, and lead a business in achieving its objectives in a productive manner.
