What is Effective Communication?


Effective communication involves the ability to convey
messages clearly, accurately, completely, concisely,
and compassionately. It involves the exchange of
ideas, thoughts, opinions, knowledge, and data with
clarity and purpose.

Art of Questioning is intended to elicit and


validate student comprehension, knowledge, and
thinking. Students learn to think critically through
questioning, as well as the value of persistence,
taking bold steps, creativity, and adaptability.

Active listening - involves paying attention to the


speaker and understanding their message.

build rapport and establish trust.

is possible to identify the root cause of a problem
and develop effective solutions.
Empathy - Effective communication involves the
ability to understand and share the feelings of
another person. Asking questions that encourage
people to share their experiences and perspectives
can help to build empathy and understanding.
Effective communication and the art of questioning are vital abilities for developing solid connections,
overcoming difficulties, and attaining success in personal and professional situations. It is possible to
improve relationships, speak more clearly, and succeed in many facets of life by developing these
competencies.
