    Panel Members for the purpose ONLY of releasing the grades of the presenters in

    partial fulfillment of the subject.

    However, this certification also indicates that the presenters are aware that
    failure to submit the Hardbound Copy of the Research Output would result to
    disqualification from the On-the-Job Training subject which they are enrolled for this
