The research aims to examine the impact of the level of implementation of the

proficiency at Luquilu Elementary School.
Specifically, it seeks to answer the following sub-problems:
1. What is the current level of implementation of the Phil-IRI Program at Luquilu
Elementary School?
2. What is the current English proficiency level of students at Luquilu Elementary School?
3. What is the relationship between the level of implementation of the Phil-IRI Program
and students' English proficiency at Luquilu Elementary School?
