Descriptive Writing Skills of HUMMS-11 Learners

Statement of the Problem


This study aims to determine the effectiveness of spell out
(PIC) approach in the teaching of writing. Specifically, it
seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What are the pretest and posttest mean scores of the


participants?
2. Is there a significant difference between the pretest and
posttest mean scores of the participants after the
implementation of the intervention?
3. What is the effect size of the PIC (Picture Integration in
Composition Scribbling) on the narrative and descriptive
writing competence of the participants?
4. What activities can be proposed to improve the intervention
and its utilization, and the writing competence of the
participants?
2. Title:Improving the Spelling Ability and Vocabulary
Enrichment (I-SAVE) among Grade 11 Learners Through
Differentiated Tasks

Statement of the Problem


This study aims to determine effectiveness of I-SAVE through
Differentiated Tasks intervention in improving the spelling and
vocabulary enrichment of the Grade 11 learners of Tuao Vocational
and Technical School Malummin Annex this school year 2022-2023. 

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What are the pretest and posttest mean scores of the


participants?
2. Is there a significant difference between the pretest and
posttest scores of the participants after the utilization of
the intervention?
3. What is the effect size of the I-SAVE through Differentiated
Task intervention in improving the spelling ability and
vocabulary enrichment of the participants?
4. What activity plan can be proposed to
sustain/improve/develop the intervention and its
utilization?
3. Title: Improving Writing Competence through Interactive
Video Lessons on Teaching Grammar in the use of Preposition
(I-VLOG)

Statement of the Problem


This study aims to determine the effectiveness of IVLOG
(Interactive Video Lessons on Teaching Grammar)in using
prepositions in improving the writing competence of the Grade
11-HUMSS learners of Tuao Vocational and Technical School
Malummin Annex this school year 2022-2023.

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What are the pretest and posttest mean scores of the


participants?
2. Is there a significant difference between the pretest and
posttest scores of the participants after the utilization of
the intervention?
3. What is the effect size of the I-VLOG in improving the
writing competence of the participants?
