This study will take place in Escuela de Sophia of Caloocan, Inc. Seven (7) administrators

and sixty (60) teachers from the Early Childhood Education to Senior High School department will be

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
Significance of the Study

Teachers are all equally important to dispense quality service to learners, especially in the

elementary education. This study is beneficial to the following:

Teachers. Psychosocial support may help them to provide a stable, affectionate relationship

for a child. This study helps them find positive ways to eliminate their stress and to achieve more of their

goals and be productive.

Learners. Teachers’ work attitudes may affect their performance. They will be motivated to

improve their learning and performance when they have also a motivated teacher.

School Administrators. This study will guide them to conduct more seminars that will lead

their teachers to have a positive working attitude and to become more satisfied in their teaching

professions. Whose aims are focused on the needs of every teacher.


DepEd. As the agency or the organization, it may gain knowledge that may serve as an eye

opener so that it will create and design trainings and seminars for teachers. Supervisors and Master

Teachers can give intervention program for their teachers.

Researcher. The result of the study may enhance the professional growth of the researcher as

she also experiences the same struggle and to motivate herself to do more in this time of pandemic.

Future Researchers. They may use this study as reference for future research work related to

this problem/topic. This study will serve as basis for the researchers who will be interested in psychosocial

environment of teachers and their job satisfaction.
