GLOBAL WARMING

1. What is Global Warming?


               Global warming is the long-term warming of the planet’s
 overall temperature. It is also a phenomenon where the earth's
average temperature rises due to increased amounts of greenhouse gases.

2. What are the effects of Global Warming?


The effects of Global Warming are that we can have more frequent and
intense drought, storms, heat waves, rising sea levels and melting glaciers.
3. Is the Global Warming Good or Bad for our environment? Why?
In my own opinion, I would say that the Global Warming is bad for us
environment because Global Warming can result in many serious alterations
to the environment, eventually impacting human health.  It can also cause a
rise in sea level, leading to the loss of coastal land, a change in precipitation
patterns, increased risks of droughts and floods, and threats to biodiversity.

EDUCATION SYSTEM OF THE PHILIPPINES


1. What is the education system in the Philippines?
The education system in the Philippines has a 6-4-2-4 structure, six years of
elementary or primary education, four years of high school or secondary
education, and another four years of higher education for a degree program
2. Is the education system in the Philippines effective? Why?
For me, it’s not kind of effective because most local Filipino children
attend government-funded public schools, which are free to attend.
Unfortunately, the quality of education in public schools remains poor.
Class sizes are big, there is a lack of learning materials, and teachers are paid
poorly. And, those who can afford it send their children to private school.
Private Schools are not Government Funded, but follow the same curriculum
as Public Schools.
3. What is the Importance of education system in the Philippines?
The primary goals of the Philippines’ education system are to socialized the young
as society's beliefs, values, social norms, skills and knowledge for the preservation
of the existing social order.
4. What is the education system in Early Filipinos?
In the early Filipino age, education was informal, unstructured, and devoid of methods.
Children were provided more vocational training and less academics by their parents.

5. Is the quality of education in the Philippines improving or deteriorating?


Based on recent studies, it has pointed out that the education system of the
Philippines is alarming deteriorating, but this was officially confirmed in the basic
education report delivered by Vice President Sara Duterte on January 30.
ABORTION
1. What is Abortion?
Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy by removal or expulsion of an embryo or
fetus. An abortion that occurs without intervention is known as a miscarriage or
"spontaneous abortion"; these occur in approximately 30% to 40% of pregnancies.

Inevitable abortion is diagnosed in the presence of cramping, vaginal bleeding, an
open cervical is on the physical exam but no passage of the products of conception. The

TEENAGE PREGNANCY
1. What is Teenage Pregnancy?
 Teenage Pregnancy, also known as adolescent pregnancy, is pregnancy in a female
adolescent or young adult under the age of 20. This includes those who are legally
considered adults in their country.
2. What is the main reason of teenage pregnancy?
The main reason of teenage pregnancy are social determinants of health, such
as low education and low-income and also lack of guidance from parents
3. How does teenage pregnancy affect the society?
Teen pregnancy is a health issue that has an effect on all of us. A child having a baby
as a teenager is more likely to face critical social issues like poverty, poor education,
risky behaviors that lead to poor health issues, and child welfare.
4. What can we do to prevent teenage pregnancy?
First of all, to prevent teenage pregnancy we should not have any intimate
relationship with opposite sex and do not hang out or mingle with teenagers who are not
properly guided by their parents and should concentrate in their studies. And, also to
remind us that sexual act is only for married couples for the purpose of expression of love
and for procreation. Pre-Marital sex is a clear violation of the Lord’s Command and Plan and
an abuse of free will. As Teenagers, they are to live in purity and holiness treating members
of the opposite sex as brothers and sisters.
5. Why is it important to prevent teenage pregnancy?
It is important to prevent teenage pregnancy because teen pregnancy and childbirth
contribute significantly to dropout rates among high school females, increased health
and foster care costs, and a wide range of developmental problems for children born to
teen mothers. Especially, female teenagers will not be able to finish their studies and
their children will suffer emotionally and physically because of the unpreparedness of
their teenage mother.
SOGIE BILL
1. What is Sogie Bill
Sogie is sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. Everyone has a
sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
2. Why do you think we need Sogie Bill?
Sogie is an important piece of our identity that can determine and shape our needs
and experiences.
3. What is the purpose of Sogie?
The SOGIE Equality Bill, also known as the Anti-Discrimination Bill, is a proposed
legislation of the Congress of the Philippines that seeks to protect LGBTQ+ Filipinos who
face systemic discrimination.
KPOP vs. P-POP

K-pop

Although K-pop generally refers to South Korean pop music, some consider it to be an all-
encompassing genre exhibiting a wide spectrum of musical and visual elementsThe French
Institut national de l'audiovisuel defines K-pop as a "fusion of synthesized music, sharp dance
routines and fashionable, colorful outfits.”Songs typically consist of one or a mixture of pop,
rock, hip hop, R&B, and electronic music genres.

P-pop

Pinoy pop or P-pop refers to a popular contemporary music in the Philippines originating from
the OPM genre. With its beginnings in the 1970s, Pinoy pop is a growing genre in year of 2020s.
Through the 1990s to the 2000s, OPM pop was regularly showcased in the live band scene.
