have experienced using a vending machine. The remaining 98 or 13% of the
respondents have not experienced using a vending machine.

The table shows the responses of our respondents about what are the
things that will attract you to the vending machine. The most popular response
was “products available,” with 67.65% of the respondents. “Feature of the
Vending Machine” was the subsequent most popular response, with 29.41%
of the respondents, while 2.94% chose the “Design of the Vending Machine.”

The survey result showed the most important when deciding which
food and beverages to provide in vending machine. The cost of food and
beverages is the most preferred, at 35.32%. Next is the taste of food and
beverages, at 28.54%. Then the availability of healthier options which is
15.20%. Followed by the Nutritional Value with 14.04%. And the least is the
consumer preferences with 6.90%.

The table shows that both Fruit and Coffee drinks are the most
preferred drinks with 19.10% response. Bottled Water comes second with
17.56%, followed by Regular Soda with 13.30%, next is the Energy Drink with
8.08%, next is the Sports Drink 7.20%, then the sweetened tea with 6.47%,
Diet Drinks (with artificial sweeteners) follows with 5.36%. And the least is the
unsweetened tea with 3.83%.

respondents said they would consume it less than once per week, 35.83%
said 1 or 2 days per week, 24.87% said 3-4 days per week, 19.25% said
every day, 2.67% 2 times per day, 3.48% said 3 or more times per day, and
lastly 0% of the respondents said never.

Based on the survey results, most people would prefer to buy salty
snacks with 29.81% of the response, and it was followed by the Sweet Pastry
Snacks with 28.08% of the response, next is the Low-Fat Snacks with 22.59%
of the response, then Candies with 9.09% of the response, Granola got 8.96%
of the response, and 1.47% respond none.

respondents said they would consume it less than once per week, 45.72%
said 1 or 2 days per week, 19.52% said 3-4 days per week, 12.57% said
every day, 3.74% 2 times per day, 1.61% said 3 or more times per day, and
lastly 2.94% of the respondents said never.

The respondents in this study were asked on how much would they
willing to spend on items from vending machine. The result showed that
51.61% of the respondents would spend 15-40 pesos, 29.14% would spend
20-55 pesos, and lastly 19.25% of the respondents would spend 30-65 pesos
on item from vending machine.

Q10. If we will open vending machine in the area, will you avail our services?

Based on the table, 98.13% of them answered “yes” to the question


which means that most respondents would avail our services. On the other
hand, 1.87% of the respondents will not.
