The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), in its progressive existence aims to promote peace and order,
ensures public safety and strengthen local government capability to effectively deliver basic services to the citizenry. For this
ground, as one of the members of Local Government Unit of Monkayo, we are advised to conduct Barangay Assembly for the
1st Semester of Calendar Year (CY) 2023 to hear and discuss the semestral report of the Sangguniang Barangay concerning
its activities and finance as well as problems affecting the Barangay on.

With this regard, by virtue of obligation and responsibility as Sangguniang Kabataan – Chairperson, I would like to request for
your permission to allow me be excused from Teaching Internship duty on March 31, 2023, Friday.

I apologize for any inconvenience that my absence may cause, and I assure you that I will make up any missed work or
assignments as soon as possible. I have informed my Cooperating Teacher of my absence and have planned to ensure that my
work will be completed in a timely manner.

Revenue committed to collect taxes for nation-building through excellent, efficient and transparent service, just and fair
enforcement of tax laws, uplifting the life of every Filipino. For this ground, the said proponents will administer a seminar with
the subject “Roll Out of On-Line Registration and Update System of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)” at Prosperity Hall,
