36. Hi everyone, My name is Dinh Hoang, I will continue our group presentation
program. I want to introduce to you a fairly common and necessary form of entertainment
that is sports.

37. Sports are an integral part of many people’s lives, offering a way to stay active and
engaged while providing entertainment and a sense of community. There are two types of
sports: Team sports and individual sports.

38. With team sports, such as football, basketball,volleyball… are some of the most
popular sports in the world.These sports offer the opportunity to compete as part of a
team, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among players. In addition, team
sports also require mental skills such as strategy and communication.

39. With individual sports, such as tennis, golf, bowling.. In these sports, the athlete is
competing against themselves, trying to set personal records or surpass previous
achievement. While these sports may not have the same sense of community as team
sports, they offer a unique opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth. These are
also non-competitive sports and physical activitites, such as running, yoga, hiking…

40. Today I introduce to you 2 examples of sports in 2 types of sports. First, Football.
Football is a team sport played between two teams with eleven players each.

41. The objective of the game is to score a goal by kicking a ball into the opposing team’s
net. The team with the most goals at the end of the game wins.

42. Football is the most popular sport in the world and is played at both amateur and
professional levels.

43. It requires a combination of physical fitness, technical ability, and tactical awareness.
44. The game is played on a rectangular field with a goal at each and, and players are
only allowed to use their feet, legs, torso, and head to control the ball.

45. Football is the most popular sport in the world with over 200 countries and has over
250 milions players worldwide

46. The highest level of professional football is played in leagues such as the English
Premier , La Liga, Serie A, League 1, Bundes Liga.

47. So, why should we play football? Playing football offers many physical, mental, and
social benefits. Here are some of the benefits of playing football:

48. Physical health: Sports involve physical movement and exercise which can improve
overall health and fitness. Reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, diabetes.

49. Mental health: Reduce the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Football also
release endorphins, which are natural chemicals that promote feelings of happiness.

50. Social benefits: Playing football provides an opportunity to meet new people and
make friends, develop teamwork and social skills, as well as communication, leadership.

52. Seconds, Swimming. Swimming is a popular recreational activity, sport, and
necessary life skill.

53. It involves moving through water using a combination of arm and leg movement, as
well as breath control.
54. Swimming can be enjoyed in many different settings, such as a backyard pool,
community center, or oopen water like lakes, rivers and oceans

54. The history of swimming dates back to ancient times, with evidence of swimming
dating as bar back as 10.000 years ago. There are four main competitive swimming
strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. The distance of a competitive
swimming race can range from 50 meters to 1500 meters.
So, why should we play swimming? Swimming is a form of exercise that has numerous
benefits for both physical and mental health. Here are some of the benefits of swimming

57. Improve cardiovascular health: Swmming gets your heart rate up and keeps it there,
which is great for your cardiovascular health. It’s a low-impact form of exercise that is
gentle on your joints.

58. Buiding muscular strength and enducance, and increasing flexbility

59. Swimming is a great form of exercise for individuals with arthritis or other joint
conditions, as the bouyangcy of water takes perssure off of the joint.
