NARRATIVE REPORT

ACTIVITY: Basic Education Leadership Training

DATE AND TIME: September 24, 2021 / 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

I. Brief Narrative Report

The BELT started at 8:10 am, with a prayer that was led by Ms. Kenzie Rejano, SSG Secretary;
The Opening Program was hosted by Ms. Janina Quimpang and Ms. Judiella Faye Manzano, SSG
Officers and was initiated by Ms. Baby Lyka Faller, SSG Moderator; she also introduced the guest
speaker.
The training started and runs smoothly thru the help of the guest speaker, Mr. Rolden C. Garcia.
The whole morning was a talk about this year’s theme “Effective Leadership Despite the Hardships
Brought by the Pandemic”. The training was filled with a lot of knowledge and additional skills that
will surely help the JHS CEFIzens leaders to improve and to be the best version of themselves and as
a young leader in their generation. In the afternoon, it started with a question about what they’ve
learned in the talk or basically the question was “How can you be a great leader amidst this
pandemic?” Afterwards, SSG officers prepared a little fun game for the leaders entitled “Hulaan mo
’ko bes!” After the game, each club was given a limited time to edit or finalized their annual plan. At
exactly 2:05 pm each club officers, starting with the SSG present their annual plan for the year 2021-
2022. The Leadership Training ended at 3:20 pm, and they also answered a Google form as their
attendance aside from the screenshot. The young leaders are now ready to take the challenge/s with
full of wisdoms and confidence that they’ve accomplished.

II. Strong Points

The student leaders are cooperative and attentive to the whole training. They learned a lot from
the guest speaker.

III.Weak Points
Some clubs experienced technical errors/problems in presenting their annual plan and some
students experienced an unstable internet while in the training.
