BUSINESS TRIAL RUN DESIGN (BUTRUD) FOR PRODUCT and SERVICE TYPE OF BUSINESS

Before engaging into any actual business like selling a product/s , the essential thing to do first is to design a Business Trial Run Design
(BUTRUD). This will serve you as a guide on how to decide from time to time to come up with a better business management be it
manufacturing or rendering services.
Below are examples of a trial run matrix for a service type of business which may help you in developing your own BUTRUD. You may
also adopt it if you feel the appropriateness in your business.
