    Writing Task : Yesterday- what I did and didn’t do

    What a day I had yesterday! Here are some interesting and boring things that I did yesterday. I got up early in the

    morning. That was terrible. I don’t like mornings. I brushed my teeth, I got dressed, and I ate breakfast. Then I

    took the bus to school. I had many boring classes like history and maths. I played basketball during the break and

    that was fun. Later when I got home, I played Mario Bros. on my computer, and then I did my homework. When I

    finished, I had dinner and then I went to bed.

    Here’s what I didn’t do but I wanted to. I didn’t sleep late. I didn’t have pancakes for breakfast. I didn’t play with

    my friends all day. I didn’t go to the movies. I didn’t go to the amusement park. I didn’t play on my PSP. I didn’t

    watch my favourite TV programs. I didn’t surf the Internet. It was a really awful day. What about you- what did

    you do? What didn’t you do- but wanted to?
