Why is this criteria important to me?
 because over the years I understand that our family members are the main support
and stimulus to move on for us. In addition, I feel full responsibility to them, that I
should take care of the older members of my family and thank them for everything
they have done for me.

Why is answer important to you?

 because first of all, when achieving my goals, I think about my family, which put a
lot of effort into my education, health, discipline, and becoming a person.

Why is second answer important to you?

 because I would like by my example to sign to other people that we must learn to

 Firstly I can note that opinion of professional teachers and managers about me is a
similar in comparison with childhood and the present me, which shows that I can
easily adapt to new atmosphere, challenges and etc. The second common strength is
also communication and other interpersonal skills which empower me to effectively
communicate on a professional level with colleagues and clients. The third common
strength is empathy, from my childhood I was really sensitive to feelings of other
people, and even now I can easily find exactly words which can support a person.

What skills and strengths have you possessed throughout your life?
 It's important to recognize and appreciate own skills and strengths, as they can help to
achieve goals and succeed in personal and professional life. For instance, throughout
my whole life I was able to develop a list of skills due to a big amount of books,
publications, articles, interesting conferences and workshops with trainers. Firstly, I
developed communication skills and made them strength of me, so now I have the
ability to effectively express thoughts and ideas to others. By the way, I have
developed the ability to focus on the small details while keeping sight of the bigger
picture, which is also, called concentration. In my childhood all the time I thought via
focusing on my feelings and after some time I learned and improved my critical
thinking skills, so now I have the ability to analyze information and make informed
decisions.

What new skills and likable features have you gained? What do people like
about you that are different from when you were young?
 I can say that it's important to recognize and appreciate own personal growth and
development, as it can help to build better relationships and achieve goals. By virtue
of growing and establishing as an individual I gained more experience and
knowledge, firstly is a sense of confidence that can be attractive to others, secondly as
I become more aware of own emotions and those of others, I developed stronger
emotional intelligence, which make me more likable and relatable. As I grow older, I
become a better listener and become more patient and understanding, which can be
appreciated by others. By the way, as I communicate with a huge and various kinds of
people I was able to gain a sense of humor, which is also serve as an impetus for good
relationships.
