Description: Hod will give the final approval for in case of request of transfer and
multiple location allocation request by doctor

Primary Actor: HODuser whosoever is already register with us

Preconditions: ● User must be register with us as a HOD

● Login successfully
● Redirection on home page then click on new registration
● Login user must be HOD
● Hod must get the request for approval

Postconditions: After request transfer it will go for approval of transfer

Main ● User must be register with us as a HOD

Success ● Login successfully
Scenario: ● Redirection on home page then click on Verify doctor
transfer
● now Choose the place of posting or multiple request
location
● after select the option list bind which were requested by
the user
● then click on approve button
● cancel click to disapprove the request

Extensions: when user transfer approved then that new location will be allocated to
that user

Frequency of Use: Whenever any user get transfer to another institute
