This letter is in response to the announcement of a job position open at Unity Pharmacy located in Unity,
Maine.

I am a 4th year Doctor of Pharmacy Candidate at Husson University School of Pharmacy (anticipated
graduation in May 2024), and I am writing this letter to express my interest in pursuing a position as a
community pharmacist in the company. With my goals focusing most directly in point of care/ambulatory
care/community pharmacy, I feel that this position will be a great fit for my skills and practice gained
from my APPE rotations.

I would be an exceptional fit for this position, as I bring effective communication skills to the field. The
theory of efficient communication is key when working in a any pharmacy, especially in a community
setting. My ability to adapt and overcome complicated scenarios would make me a well-qualified
applicant, as some community pharmacy situations can be challenging so the need to be a critical thinker
is crucial.

My training and education obtained from Husson University School of Pharmacy has allotted me several
skills, some of which being, the ability to invest myself as a life-long learner and adapting to patient-
specific situations accordingly. I have gained an abundance of skills working with patients and
administering vaccinations throughout working on my rotations and as an intern at Unity Pharmacy.
