I would like to be considered for the Registered Nurse position at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital’s
Pediatric Infusion Center. As a patient of Mott Children’s Hospital since April of 2019, I am very grateful
for the passionate dedication of Mott’s pediatric nurses, and I would like to sustain the extraordinary level
of care within this hospital. I believe my education, experiences, and passion for helping others have
prepared me to be a successful nurse.

I am a very empathetic, honest, and patient person. My sweet nature will allow me to be a nurse that
patients and their families can trust. I am very determined, and I manage my time efficiently. I pay close
attention to detail and make sure tasks are always completed accurately. My driven personality will allow
me to fiercely advocate for and attend to my patients’ needs in a timely and reliable manner. I am able to
type quickly on computers while displaying writing proficiency, which will prove helpful when charting
patient information.

Aside from general science-related high school courses, I have taken or am currently enrolled in Anatomy
and Physiology, Chemistry, AP Chemistry, Biology, AP Biology, and four dual enrollment courses
through Schoolcraft College: Medical Terminology, Nutrition, Health Education, and Pharmacology for
Health Professionals. All of these courses have furthered my understanding of the medical field and
patient well-being. I plan to attend Spring Arbor University in the fall to study nursing and earn my BSN.

My goal is to obtain a nursing position at Mott Children’s Hospital. I would appreciate the opportunity for
