nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Phoenix Childrens Hospital on the Main
Hospital Campus. I completed my preceptorship in the neonatal intensive care unit at
Tucson Medical Center and I have a strong desire to develop a career as a neonatal
intensive care unit nurse. My substantial clinical background, exceptional organizational
skills, and commitment to excellence will make a valuable contribution to the neonatal
intensive care unit team.
I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the University
of Arizona and plan to graduate in December of 2015. I have been able to demonstrate
my commitment to nursing, service and leadership through my involvement in the
Student Nurses at the University of Arizona organization, as well as the Sigma Theta Tau
International, Beta Mu chapter. I am highly motivated and look forward to further
developing my knowledge of the nursing profession.
