As a recently graduated nurse from Kapiolani Community College, I look forward to continuing my
nursing career, bringing with me experience as a Medical Assistant, and a well-rounded clinical training. I

As a former Medical Assistant, I worked closely with a team of medical professionals to provide excellent
care to a wide range of patients, focusing our care on homeless patients, women with substance abuse
issues and children. I have a passion for working with women and children needing assistance and knew
at an early age I wanted to become a Registered Nurse.
My experience and education have provided me with excellent knowledge of patient assessment and
treatment. This, along with my attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, will allow me
to become a great member of your healthcare team. I have strived to learn and experience all that I
could, dedicating myself to becoming a professional nurse and patient advocate.
