Proceedings:
The meeting started at 3:32 with a prayer led by Elaijah Louis C. Cruz.
Approval and corrections of the previous minutes of meeting were acknowledged.

consideration.
GAD Mr. Tolentino recommends hosting Ms. Tumolva supports the

consider everyone’s capabilities and
interests.

DIHS INTRAMS Ms. Tumolva and her team suggests
TRYOUT DATES that the try-outs will start on March
10, 2023.
Motion #1: (Mr. Alcuetas) Motion to
start the Intramural try-outs on
March 10, 2023. Mr. Alcuetas led the
motion said “Do everyone agree with
this schedule? “
8 were in favor, 0 opposed, and
0 abstention. The motion
carried. The Intramural try-outs
will start on March 10, 2023.
The agreed date and time for
each try-out sport will be posted
on the school’s Facebook page.
