IV. RATIONALE:

Department of Education and Schools are at the forefront of change as

education systems increasingly adapt to changing cultural, economic, and
technological challenges. Communities rely on educators to aid in the
integration of children from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, to
promote tolerance and community cohesion, and to properly address the needs
of all students, including boosting their wellbeing. Teachers are expected to
help students understand how to use new technologies and stay up with
emerging and quickly changing fields of knowledge in order to prepare them for
the digital world.

V. OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the training program, teachers were expected for the following
outcomes:
1. Adapting a cultural, economic, and technological in the educational system
through teaching strategies.
2. Demonstrate pedagogical approach in teaching
3. Apply the knowledge, abilities, and performances you gained from the
program.
