ANSWER:

YES, Haier is an entrepreneurial organisation.it creates a global organization of entrepreneurs.

They achieved this by following,
1.. Indroducing of market chain.
it interface the representatives and the association to the market with the course of significant
worth adding, it makes simple to associate one another. What's more, set out new position open
doors and new market.

entrepreneurial architecture? How difficult is it?
Entrepreneurial Architecture or EA is the structure of an association to further develop
advancement inside the organization.
EA consider creation or development of entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial structure,
entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial leadership.It is a very difficult task. To make
EA, it needs the appropriate examination and overviews to break down regardless of whether
new System is satisfactory to all. The assessments, everything being equal, may be
considered to take choices that could coordinate with their assumptions to deliver improved
results.
