INSTRUCTION
This assignment requires the student to find journal article regarding Compensation and
Benefits such as intrinsic and extrinsic compensation, defining pay structure, defining
competitiveness, person and job based structure, types of benefits, etc. Student also needs to
summarize the journal. Evaluation of the assignment will be done on the contents of the
assignment. Student are required to choose minimum 2 topics and one journal for each topic.
The year of the journal from 2016 – 2023.
