- Brief description of the Judges :

Dr Kanwardeep Kaur, the co-founder of the Calm Coffee is a dentist by profession, who has recently
ventured into the field of coffee which has been scientifically designed to reduce the jitters and
nervousness from coffee.

Harmanpreet Singh, the co-founder of the Calm Coffee, is an experienced healthcare leader with a
grassroots knowledge and has close to 10 years of industry experience.

- Brief description of the event

Symvoulous 7.0 is the flagship corporate case competition organized by the Consulting Club during
AGON, the Management Fest of IIM Ranchi. The event was conducted on the Dare2Compete online
platform where teams were given a live business case to provide real time solution for the problem
stated. The top teams will be awarded certificates and prize money. The competition will give the
students a platform to apply their knowledge in a practical business problem and help get new ideas to
tackle the situation.

- Details about the participants

The event saw participation from 389 team participations from various B-schools and prestigious
universities from the likes of IIM Bangalore, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, IIFT Delhi, XLRI, NMIMS,
SCMHRD, IIM Shillong, DMS IIT Delhi, IIM Ranchi, IIM Trichy, IIM Rohtak, Greatlakes, BIT Mesra.
Top 30 teams were selected for the second round, out of which, 15 companies were moved to the final
round for case presentation.
