I am writing to strongly recommend Nhan Lee for a teaching position in your esteemed educational
institution. As the cooperating teacher for Mr. Lee during his student teaching placement, I had the
pleasure of working with him for three months and can attest to his exceptional abilities as a teacher.

During Mr. Lee's placement, he demonstrated outstanding skills in building strong relationships with
students. His warmth and approachability created a positive classroom environment where students
felt comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas. He was always willing to listen to the students
and took their input seriously. This led to a strong level of trust and respect between Mr. Lee and his
students, which in turn helped to foster a deep love for learning in the classroom.

Moreover, Mr. Lee was always open to feedback and willing to learn. He consistently sought
feedback from his peers, mentors, and even from his students, in order to continually improve his
teaching practices. Mr. Lee's eagerness to learn and grow helped him to continually improve, and
made him an asset to our school community.

Finally, Mr. Lee demonstrated excellent planning and instructional skills. He wrote lesson plans that
demonstrated differentiation, whole class and small group learning, and higher-level questioning
strategies, which provided a challenging and engaging learning experience for all students. His
lessons were thoughtfully planned and expertly executed, resulting in measurable student growth and
achievement.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Nhan Lee for any teaching position he may be applying
for. His positive attitude, dedication to student learning, and strong instructional skills make him an
