Spanish Bangus Sardines

INGREDIENTS:
1 Liter Water
1 cup sesame oil
2 cup Cooking Oil
½ Cup Salt
1 kl Bangus
1/3 cup Bay Leaf
2 Bulbs Garlic
1 tbsp Peppercorns
4-5 pcs Red Chillies
2 Carrots
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: In a bowl add 1 liter of water and salt ½ KL. bangus soak in brime for 30 minutes.
STEP2: Cut carrots into what you desire cuts.
STEP3: Form layer of carrots at the bottom of pressure cooker, add bay leaf also add the
garlic, add whole pepper corns and lastly add the bangus on top of the carrots and add
more bay leaf, carrots, salt add another layer of bangus repeat till the pressure cooker is
full.
STEP4: Add red chilies on top add oyster sauce add cooking oil like corn oil, coconut, or
canola add ½ cup water.
STEP5: Cook till whistling, when its whistling turns the heat to low cook for 1 hour in very
low heat 1 hour later remove the pressure cooker before opening the lid.

SHELF LIFE: This can up to 4 to 6 weeks
