TF-LKYSPP SOUTHEAST ASIA NEXT-GEN LEADERS PROGRAMME

The TF-LKYSPP Southeast Asia Next-Gen Leaders Programme seeks to bring
together the next generation of leaders and changemakers from Singapore
and the region who are eager to play an active role in thinking about and
shaping tomorrow. The Programme will leverage the diversity of background,
perspectives, and experience in their respective fields to collaborate,
complement each other, and derive fresh insights into the future. It will also
present opportunities for these next generation leaders to engage in
meaningful dialogues and build a strategic network to envision and influence
how their countries and the region would evolve in the future.

The Programme is envisaged as a capability building, knowledge exchange,

and networking platform for next generation leaders and changemakers to
jointly think about tomorrow, anticipate global challenges, and explore
recommendations to make an impact to the society.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

This Prgramme aims to:

Equip participants with futures thinking and foresight methodology, and
empower them to apply these skillsets and exercise their creativity to re-
imagine and shape future of their countries and the region;
Provide participants with the opportunity to engage with distinguished
thought leaders from public and private sectors in Singapore and the
region to gain insights and new perspectives on global issues and trends;
Create space for and facilitate meaningful dialogues between
counterparts from the region to enhance mutual understanding; and
Establish a strategic network for next generation leaders from Singapore
and the region to nurture an Alumni Community.
