the facilitator.

2. Read the Super Typhoon Noy scenario in page 2.

3. Assuming that you are managing the Minday City EOC, identify maximum of 7
stakeholders whom your EOC must coordinate with. Put the stakeholders in
the diagram in page 2.

4. Once accomplished, save the file using the filename template <Group
Number>_<Assignment Number> (example: Group 1_Assignment 2).

5. Submit assignment via Training Information Management System (IMS).

Deadline is not later than 1600H of this day.

Scenario: Pre-Land fall of Super-Typhoon Noy

It is 1800 local time on July 17, 2003. PAGASA has issued a warning about the
impending landfall of Super-Typhoon Noy, a Category 5 typhoon, which is projected
to pass over Mindan City between 2200 and 2400 local time on July 19.

You are serving as the EOC Team for the Mindan City EOC and have been directed
by the Mayor to make necessary preparations for landfall.
