and technology leaders those who enjoy special government allowances. It has domestic first-class product modeling design studio,
physical and chemical laboratory, complete vehicle and parts laboratory, adopts domestic advanced comprehensive environmental
warehouse, electromagnetic compatibility test, six-degree-of-freedom vibration test bench, 3D printing center and other test methods to
form full range of commercial vehicle independent R & D platforms and supporting systems, such as medium-duty trucks, large and
medium-sized buses, mini-cars, special vehicles. Five major capabilities in possession: Automobile styling design, engineering design,
simulation analysis, test development evaluation, and prototype vehicle trial production. Meanwhile, Shaanxi Automobile, by establishing
an integrated platform of production, education and research with Tsinghua University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Chang'an University,
Beijing Institute of Technology, Tianjin Military Transportation Institute and other well-known institutions, collaboratively carried out
technological research in cutting-edge fields, taking the lead in intelligent network technology and new energy technology. In the past

 陕西省节能与新能源重型商用车重点实验室筹建于2014年，依托于陕汽开展建设与运行。自成立以来，实验
室始终坚持多学科交叉融合以及“产学研用”紧密结合，瞄准国内外节能与新能源商用车汽车技术前沿，紧
紧围绕企业发展需求，加强理论和技术创新，提升自主创新能力，开展节能及新能源商用车关键技术研究、
成果转化、产品应用等工作。研究方向涉及替代能源及新能源商用车理论及关键技术、新能源关键零部件检
测检验理论及技术，旨在建立形成一个以企业为主体的新能源商用车开发、设计、制造和测试的技术创新体

new energy commercial vehicles, transformation of results, and product applications. The research directions involves alternative energy
and new energy commercial vehicle theory and key technologies, new energy key components examination and inspection theory and

development, design, manufacturing and testing of new energy commercial vehicles.

HANDE Axle Technology Center was established in 2014, with capabilities of independent innovation and forward R & D for axle
products, and adheres to the product R & D policy of "Producing-Developing-Reserving cycle for each generation". Through long-term
independent R & D and extensive external cooperation, the domestic leading wheeled axle product technology platform has been
established, covering the entire series of trucks, buses, construction vehicles, and agricultural equipment, whose domestic sales and
export volume of products have been ranked first in the domestic industry for many consecutive years. The center has successively
invested more than 300 million yuan to build a large-scale test zone and has nearly 30 sets of large-scale special test equipment. The
test center has been recognized by the CNAS laboratory with the world-class and domestically leading verification capabilities of
vehicle axle products. The center vigorously promotes "Production, Study, Research and Application”cooperation, establishing stable
