Vision

As an educator, I strive to do my very best every day to meet all my students' needs. I will self-
reflect and acknowledge when change needs to be made to better my students. As I guide
these students into the subsequent phases of their lives, I will teach them the skills required to
become the best versions of their selves behaviorally, emotionally, and educationally.

Mission
I am committed to creating the best learning environment for my students, ensuring all their
needs are met. Creating the best learning environment begins with examining the student's
physiological needs and then working my way up to ensure the other needs are also met. I will
strive to do my best for them every day. If I cannot achieve what is needed, I will reach out to
colleagues, other professionals, and family members.

Core Beliefs
Students are respected and valued in my classroom.

The classroom environment represents a cohort for the students. This is where they can come
to learn and grow each day with each other without being ridiculed.

Respect is reciprocated between both the student and the teacher.

The family, the student, has outside of the classroom is their number one teacher. There are
crucial in the child’s journey.

Curriculum and lessons will be differentiated to focus on the student’s needs so that all
students get the support they need.

The journey as a lifelong learner never ends.

Inquiry will be supported and welcomed throughout the classroom. Students will grow through
questioning, mistakes, and trials.
